What we collect

• Data you send us through the demo request form: name, company, work email, phone number, job title and your message.
• Technical data stored with the request: IP address, browser identifier, language, source page, landing page and campaign tags from the link you followed.
• Standard web server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

To answer your request, schedule a demo and keep in touch about it. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, under the GDPR and the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is processed only by our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions. This site uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and fonts are served from our own server.

Cookies

We use a CSRF cookie to protect forms and a session cookie to carry campaign context into your request. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or your local supervisory authority.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version.
